Camping at Frogton Pond

Have you been looking for a place in the Monodnock Region where you can camp at a place that understands the day-to-day needs of your horse and can adequately accommodate them? We are introducing something new to Fall 2023 . Our bell tent provides a cozy place for you to get away for a few days and if you choose to bring your horse with you to check out some of the local trails as well, we’ll make a place for them too. Along with trails nearby, our 105 acre farm has a trail loop to explore.

The tent is a canvas tent on a platform with a bed (linens provided!) on the main farm tucked into the trees next to our jump field and indoor arena. We also provide some cozy items like board games and cards. There is a small outdoor fire pit and comfy chairs to sit in and relax while you star gaze on the field. On clear nights the Milky Way and some planets are visible to the naked eye.

In our barn we have a bathroom and lounge where you are welcome to charge your items, store your snacks, and make a cuppa in the morning. The lounge is equipped with a fridge, hot water kettle, and microwave. If you'd like a camping stove, I'm happy to lend one or you're welcome to bring your own. We also have dishes. The space is a shared space, so you will encounter our family and our boarders and clients. Our boarders and clients are all wonderful and friendly, and we consider ourselves "barn family". You're welcome to say hello or keep to yourself. While we are a working farm, its a very laid back atmosphere.

If you’d like to book for just yourself, you can visit our Air BnB link HERE, and if you’d like to add your horse, please contact us directly through our Contact Us page. Coggins and UTD vaccine records are required for your horse to come with you.
