Frogton Pond is very proud to be the new home of Rosewood Equine and trainer, Lora Hedrich

Lora’s passion for horses began at 5 years old when she started taking riding lessons. Soon after her parents bought Lora her first horse. Over the next decade her two horses Montana and Breann helped teach her multiple disciplines and brought her all around New England to show. She has ridden and competed Hunt Seat equitation, pleasure and over fences, western equitation and pleasure, dressage and western dressage.  Lora graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Equine Business Management and a minor in Business Administration. She works with riders and horses of all ages and levels, teaching students how to ride their horse properly while keeping the horse’s best interests in mind. Lora has trained, coached and shown horses in local and regional championship horse shows, qualifying many horses for national competitions. Lora has been boarding and taking care of her own horses since she was 16 years old. She has taken care of sick and injured horses and learned how to properly care for them with the help of her vet. Lora takes pride in the care and condition of all the horses on her farm and treats her boarder’s horses as if they are her own and we are very excited to have her here at Frogton Pond.

Lora is always connected and happy to answer questions.
